Net Solutions is hiring an AI Developer to strengthen its Data and AI team in Chandigarh. This role is a great fit for developers with foundational experience in AI and Machine Learning, who want to specialize in building real-world AI-powered solutions. Under the guidance of the lead AI developer, you will design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models and integrate them into robust software solutions across domains such as FinTech, Healthcare, or Retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, training, and testing of ML and deep learning models.
• Handle data preparation: collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and exploratory analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business requirements and AI solutions.
• Implement clean and efficient code in Python, following best practices.
• Optimize models for performance, scalability, and deployment readiness.
• Maintain technical documentation for models, pipelines, and processes.
• Support in integrating AI components into existing systems and applications.

Key Technical Skills:

Python, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Machine Learning Algorithms, Data Preprocessing, Statistical Concepts, Data Visualization, Git (Version Control), Model Optimization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1–4 years of professional experience as an AI/ML developer or software engineer.
• Proficiency in Python and data libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
• Practical experience in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch).
• Understanding of ML algorithms, statistical methods, and data handling pipelines.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork, communication, and eagerness to learn new areas of AI.

Preferred:

• Experience with MLOps, vector databases, RAG frameworks.
• Familiarity with Multi-modal AI, AutoML, Reinforcement Learning.
• Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP – AI/ML tracks.
• Contributions to research, open-source projects, or patents.
• Domain expertise in industries like FinTech, Healthcare, or Retail.
